Join us in gratitude for another Soul Session Sunday – Karma Edition 🙏🏼

✨Join us in movement, as we are led by Toni this Sunday October 8, 2023 at 10 am. This class will be a wild combination of tranquil poses and flow that is approachable for all skill levels. 🧘‍♀️

💛Karma editions of our Soul Session Sunday are where we donate all proceeds to a cause near and dear to us and our community. This month’s Karma class will be in memory of a truly special woman, Dianne, whose birthday we are celebrating without her. In her honour, we will be donating all proceeds from this Karma class to the Grand River Regional Cancer Centre.
